The same mobile phone plan is not right for everybody.  You need to find the plan and provider that works for your needs based on location, phone, number of calls you make and the features you desire.  Many plans available today offer features and services you may never need and we can help guide you through the literally thousands of choices available.  Our staff are very happy to help you:

  • Review your bills

We advise everyone to check your bills regularly and at least once a year, even if you are mid way through a contract.  Tariffs are changing constantly in such a competitive marketplace and we can often find you a better deal.

  • Choose a handset

With so many to choose from, we can help you find a handset that will suit you and your needs.  You can try our handsets too, they are real working models, not the fakes you will find in many retail shops.  We also have replacement handsets just in case you or your staff or family members are prone to losing phones.

  • Integrate your handset with your existing computer set up

Linking your phone with your computer is important to ensure you have up to date contacts, diary and other information both at home or office, and while you are out and about.  If you do happen to lose your phone, you will always have the information stored so can easily re-input data into a replacement handset.

  • Make sure you know how to use it

It may seem obvious, but learning how to use and get the most out of your phones is not always so easy.  At the Mobile Phone Centre we are only too happy to show you.  Some of the most common areas customers need our help with include:
